Students, thank you in advance for helping STUCO raise money for some much needed items at the school by selling Spirit Cups! This is a great school wide fundraiser and we hope you will participate! The top three sales persons with earn a wonderful prize. 1st prize is a Flip Camera, 2nd prize is a Kodak digital camera, and 3rd prize is an iPod shuffle. Please keep in mind that you have to sell a minimum of 20 cup packs to qualify to win a top prize. All money should be collected at the time of the order, checks payable to Brink STUCO. All orders will be turned in to your first hour teacher on September 2.
Any 8th grade girl interested in playing basketball for Brink this year must attend a player meeting this Wednesday September 1st at 4:00 in the Brink Gym. Practice will begin September 6th.
The deadline to turn in completed senator applications is Wednesday, September 8th by 8:00 a.m. All applications need to be turned in to Mrs. Dudley in room 117.
The 7th grade football team lost to Norman Whittier last night 19-8. DeAngilo R. broke a 97 yard run in the 4th quarter to give the Bobcats their only score. Tahj D. pounded the ball into the endzone to convert the 2 points. The 8th grade team also came out on the short end of a 20-14 game. The Bobcats hope to bounce back next week as they take on the Highland West Panthers.
