Westmoore High School, established in 1988, is a four-year comprehensive public high school located in south Oklahoma City. The student body includes residents of South Oklahoma City as well as the city of Moore. Westmoore is one of three high schools in the Moore Public School District, the third largest district in the state. Westmoore High School is classified as a 6A school. Moore-Norman Technology Center courses are offered either a.m. or p.m. to eleventh and twelfth graders through application. Transportation is provided.
Westmoore is accredited by the North Central Association, the Oklahoma State Department of Education, and the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association. Accredited classes are provided for the educable mentally handicapped, trainable mentally handicapped, learning disabled, emotionally disturbed, and homebound students. Internet courses and an alternative high school are available as needed.
