  • School Nurse Location & Schedule
     
    Daily health includes 5 fruits and vegetables a day,
    protein, 10-12 hours of sleep each night,
    brushing teeth after eating,
    bathing, outdoor activity, and
    sharing your free time with people
    who respect and appreciate you.
     
    Only you have control over you. You can control stress and anger by focusing on yourself, accepting other people's decisions
    (they have their own consequences),
    and learning how to relax your mind and your body.
     
    Relax through laughter, exercise, play, music, art, books, and rest.
     
    You can do it! You are worth it!
