• HOMEWORK INFORMATION

    Dear Parents,

Please find below a list of homework assignments and the days that these assignments are sent home.  Please set aside time each night to complete these assignments.  In addition, listen to your child read 15-20 minutes each night from an AR book.  Books may be checked out from my classroom library or the Earlywine library.

MondayReading- Please listen to your child read this story aloud and sign the signature page that is taped in the front of your book by Wednesday.  It will help your child understand the story if you will ask several questions about the story as he/she reads it aloud.  Discuss the meaning of the vocabulary words that are listed in yellow throughout the story.  If you have time, rereading the story will help your child’s fluency.

Spelling – a new spelling list is sent home to practice for the test on Friday.

TuesdayMath homework fact sheet. Please check for accuracy after your child completes this assignment and help them correct any mistakes. Return this homework on Wednesday morning for 10 points.  Five points will deducted for late assignments. A fact assessment will be given of Friday.
