Trail Mix Assemblies

Trail Mix is an opportunity for our Heritage Trails family to get together, encourage school spirit, and celebrate our successes! They occur the last Monday of every month. The upper grades(4th, 5th, 6th), all day Kindergarten, AM Pre-K and K go to the 9:00 a.m. assembly. The lower grades (1st, 2nd, 3rd) PM Kindergarten and Pre-K go attend the 2:40 p.m. assembly.

October 23^rd: “All American Tribute” Featuring: 5^th Grade

Students will celebrate our Veterans through music & art.

November 13^th: “Aesop’s Fables” Featuring: 1^st Grade

Students will create music & art based on valuable life lessons.

December 18^th: “Holiday Hoorah” Featuring: 2^nd Grade

Students will create music & art based on holiday traditions from around the world.

January 29^th: “Got Pop?” Featuring: 6^th Grade

Students will create art from the Pop Art movement and perform music from the Pop genre.

February 19^th: “Yo! Leonardo!” Featuring: 3^rd Grade

Students will study artists through music from the Renaissance and present their own take on the world's most famous art.

March 26^th: “All That Jazz” Featuring: 4^th Grade

Students will create art and perform music based on America's Jazz movement
