English II

English II is for sophomores and is a basic overview of all English concepts. This class is meant to prepare students for the more specific literary emphasis they will receive as Juniors studying American Literature and as Seniors studying British Literature.

We should finish reading The Hunger Games by Tuesday at the latest and then, start the movie. We will be doing characterization webs for each character in the story as well as vocabulary. There will be a test over the book once all of this is complete. We will also be doing some make-up/back work to make sure our grades are where they need to be for the end of the year.
