One of the ways in which Moore Schools chooses to positively influence the lives of children is by offering a collective leadership experience throughout the school year. Close to 100 student leaders from all three of Moore’s high schools, will come together for the 2016-17 Superintendent’s Leadership Academy: Ignite Moore.
Through the school year students will be exposed to leadership development through five different sessions. They will learn about their role as leaders, their potential as leaders in the future, as well as bring additional unity among the three high schools. As the Superintendent, and leader of the district, I will be participating in every event with the students. It is important to me as a Moore alumnus that we develop leaders who will hopefully come back to our great community and give back to where they got their start.
