Moore Transportation: Bus Drivers Needed

August 21, 2012

Dear Parent/Guardian:

The Moore School District is experiencing an extreme shortage of school bus drivers.  Because of this shortage, our transportation department is working daily to rearrange bus schedules and transportation routes to accommodate our students who ride busses.

We appreciate your patience and support as we work through these transportation issues.  I can assure you that we are diligent in our efforts to come up with solutions for the current shortage, and we are working daily to insure that our students are transported to and from school in the most efficient manner possible.
We are asking for your help.  If you are interested or know of anyone who is interested in driving a school bus, please contact our transportation department at 735-4070.  Again, thank you for your consideration of this request and your patience as we work through this issue.

Sincerely,

Susan Pierce
Superintendent of Schools
