Our mission is to empower support employees in the pursuit of fair wages, safe working conditions and the right of their voice to be heard by negotiating and defending their contract. Together we can advocate for students and great schools, as well as for ourselves:
Organizing to strengthen ESPM to improve working conditions, wages and benefits.
Joining together to make positive changes within Moore schools.
Lobbying at the local, state and federal levels for school funding and opportunities for all students.
