7th Grade Orientation Night will be August 11th from 4 to 7pm. We invite all 7th graders to participate and take a tour of the campus. That evening students that bring a shot record and a proof of residence can pick up their schedule. Locker numbers and combinations will be given and students will be able to open the locker and practice to be prepared for the first day. If a textbook is issued for the classes, students will also sign for their book and be able to put it in their locker. Some teachers and staff members will be here to help you find all your classes and assist with any questions. Teachers will provide a supply list for what is needed in each class. The 7th grade is divided up into sections according to last name.
· A to F is to report from 4:00 – 5:00
· G to M is to report from 5:00 – 6:00
· N to Z is to report from 6:00 – 7:00
When you arrive on campus please report to the cafeteria. The television screens will provide directions and procedures to help you get what you need. We look forward to seeing you and helping you kick off a great school year.
This night is only for 7th graders.
8th grade schedule pick up will be August 12th from 9 to 11am. Please bring your proof of residence and you will be able to get your schedule and your locker assignment. Textbooks will also be issued on this day and you will be able to put it in your locker for the beginning of school. We have divided the class according to last name.
· A to J report from 9:00 – 10:00
· K to Z report from 10:00 – 11:00
This time is only for 8th graders.
Open House will be August 17th in the evening. More details will be posted regarding this night in the next week or so. Open House is an opportunity to meet all the teachers and ask questions specific to each class.
