Central Junior High is located east of I-35 in Moore, Oklahoma, south of North 12th and north of Main. More than 500 students are enrolled in grades 7 and 8, supported by over 70 education professionals. A feeder school for Moore High School, Central Junior High targets the needs of all students with honors-level classes, remedial instruction, individual education plans, and a wide range of extra-curricular activities. Our day begins at Central Junior High when the first bell rings at 7:35 a.m. and students are allowed into the building. Every student attends six classes throughout the school day. There are two lunch periods—10:45 to 11:15 a.m. and 11:45 to 12:15 p.m.—served in the school cafeteria and the student store. School ends each day at 2:16 p.m.
