    Hey Jags, it's that time of year again, yes, it's time for Prom. Westmoore Prom tickets are now on sale in person before school in room 138 or online on My Payments Plus. Can't come before school? Tickets will be sold at both lunches in room 138 every Wednesday until April 12th. Tickets are $40 for the rest of the month and will be sold until April 20th, so get yours before it's too late!     Have a date for Prom that doesn't go to Westmoore but forgot to fill out a form? Well, it's not too late. Prom outside guest forms are still being accepted and can be found outside room 138 or room 179, on the Junior Class page on the Westmoore Website, or the Junior or Senior Class Canvas courses. Forms must be turned into the office or room 138 to be approved before a ticket can be bought.

     

    Shopping for Prom but don't know what to wear? Well, you're in luck! The 2023 Prom Dress code can now be found on the Junior Class page on the Westmoore website. Formal attire is required, and anyone not complying with the dress code may be denied entry at the event.

     

    JUNIORS that DO NOT have an IN PERSON ENGLISH CLASS AT WHS, need to come by the Counseling Center to pick up their ACT Test information form for score reporting BEFORE APRIL 4th. This form is how you will access your score.

    Congratulations to Elijah White and Eva Tice for competing at the Oklahoma Cross Country Meet of Champions, in which they raced against Oklahoma and Arkansas' best runners. Elijah finished 3rd amongst 77 runners, and was the 2nd Oklahoma finisher.

    Students are you interested in science, math, and engineering? Are you looking for a club where you can meet new people, and compete on exciting scientific knowledge? Science Olympiad is just the place for you. Meeting take place Tuesdays after school in Room 178. See you there! 

     

    Math and Science tutoring will be available every Wednesday morning, from 7:15-8am in the Library. You must enter through door 1. 

     

    Hey Westmoore! National Honor Society is hosting their September Blood Drive on Tuesday, September 27th. Come sign up with Mr. Winter (P-2) to donate!!!

     

    French Club will have their first meeting on Wednesday, September 21st at 8:00 ...or ... at 3:10 in room 209. You do not have to be enrolled in French to join.

     

    Sophomores--the PreACT will take place on Wednesday, September 21st and Thursday, September 22nd for all sophomores. Testing day and location will be based on your world history teacher. Testing will start promptly at 8:20. Please bring a calculator and pencil. Calculators will not be provided

    Moore Love is challenging our Teachers, Counselor, Principals & Staff in No Lions Around. If you see someone in Lion Apparel then they need to earn $25 to be free from it! However, there are a few here, that don't mind wearing that MHS gear... We need to get them to $25 to force them back to the West, or shall I say BEST Side. Watch for them the rest of the week!

     

    Want to splat some zombies with paintballs and earn money for Moore Love at the same time? Oct 14th from 6:00-9:00 you can do just that at the Orr Family Farms. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased before school each morning until October 7th and on My Payments Plus. Get a group of friends together, bring your family or just go on your own! It will be fun.
