Application for Lunch Program

- Please complete our 5-Step application for our lunch program. Every application completed benefits our students through additional resources including a full time Title I teacher and assistant, technology, instructional materials and funding for our school. This will help some of our families qualify for our free/reduced priced school meals. 

- Please remember to bring one proof of residence to back to school night. This should be turned in to your child's teacher.

- Teachers will be contacting families to let you know who your child's teacher is.
