    MPS Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Moore Public Schools is excited to announce its new Employee Assistance Program (EAP), with on-site counselors available for short-term, confidential services. Information is also available regarding outside counseling resources through your insurance. Donna Mastalir, LPC, and Denna Watson, LPC are available to serve MPS employees. The location is central within the district and offers a private entrance. Information is provided upon appointment.

What is the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) of Moore Public Schools is a confidential, voluntary service made available to all employees. The purpose of an EAP is to assist employees with short-term counseling (6 to 8 sessions) to resolve personal challenges that might interfere with work or disrupt their lives.

Sessions with the MPS EAP therapist are offered at no cost to employees; however, if more sessions are recommended, our team can make referrals to off-site counseling services that accept insurance. Ms. Mastalir and Ms. Watson will also offer information regarding counseling resources in the community that works with your insurance.

    Meet our EAP Counselors

    Confidentiality

Professional counseling confidentiality is extremely important and while brief records are kept to provide the best therapeutic services, these records are not made a part of an employee’s personnel record. Information concerning an employee’s use of the EAP is never disclosed to anyone outside of the EAP therapist without the written consent of the individual, except as required by law.
