    Youth and Government
The year 2016-2017  marks the       Anniversary of the Oklahoma YMCA Youth and Government program. YMCA Youth and Government gives high school students from around the state the opportunity to author legislation and debate it in the chambers of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, and it also allows students to be witnesses, attorneys, and judges in the Court of Criminal Appeals at the State Capitol. Since the beginning of the program, over 12,000 students have been involved with this unique leadership experience.
