•      I am a proud alumnus of Moore Public Schools.  After graduating from Moore High in 1995, I pursued a degree at Mid-America Christian University, graduating in 2000 with a bachelor's degree of Secondary English Education.  From 2000-2002, I taught freshman, sophomore, and junior English at Mount St. Mary High School in Oklahoma City.  In 2002, I accepted a position at ASTEC Charter School, teaching 8th grade through 10th grade.  In 2004, I accepted a full scholarship to a graduate level faith-based missions program.  After 4 years outside of education, I realized I missed the challenge and camaraderie of the classroom and returned to teaching at VISTA Academy.  These past 6 years have been full of enjoyment!
