About the teacher......
I am a graduate of Beaver High School and attended Oklahoma Panhandle State University. While I attended OPSU, I was the teaching assistant for the laboratory classes for Biology. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry. After graduating college, I worked in Research and Development for the world’s third-largest producer and marketer of titanium dioxide pigment. Titanium dioxide is an inorganic pigment that whitens and brightens hundreds of consumer products - from paint and plastics to paper, cosmetics and more. I am the co-author of US Patents 2008/0110,373 and 2008/0022,900.
After working in Research and Development for a few years, I had the opportunity to transition into the Moore Schools systems as a teaching assistant while I obtained my teaching certificate. Being a special educator is something that I am fortunate to be a part of and I have been extremely pleased with my decision! I look forward to getting to know your child better and helping them do well in high school.
