    ACCORDING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, STUDENTS WILL ONLY NEED PROOF OF ENROLLMENT,  NOT READING PROFICIENCY, UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
     
     
    Driver's Permit Form

     

    To order a driver's permit form, students may sign up in the counseling center or contact Brandy Elliott by e-mail: Brandy Elliott  or phone:  (405) 735-4919.  This form will show the documentation of reading proficiency and proof of enrollment at Southmoore High School.  24 hour notice required, no exceptions please.  Students may pick up their forms in the counseling center the following day from 1:00-3:00.
     
     
     
     
    SUMMER ONLY - For students who are wanting the Driver's Permit Form: You must be currently enrolled at Southmoore for the upcoming school year and you must have previously taken the 8th Grade Reading Test and PASSED:   Beginning June 1st, come by Southmoore and sign a request. It will be ready for pick up the next business day. Summer hours are: 8 to11:30 and 1 to 2:30 Monday thru Thursday.
