My name is Jennifer Jacks, and I teach English II Pre-AP classes and coach the Pom squad at Moore High School. I was born and raised in Moore and graduated from MHS in 1998. I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary English Education from Oklahoma State University in 2003. The next five years were spent teaching high school in Cypress, TX. During this time I returned to college and earned a Master's Degree in English Literature and Rhetoric from Prairie View A&M University. Upon completion of graduate school, I taught English classes at Lone Star College, OCCC, Rose State College, and OSU-OKC. In 2012, I began teaching at MHS. I'm thrilled to be back where it all began.
I have been married for 17 years to my husband, Jon. He is a mechatronics instructor at Mid-America Technology Center. Jon and I have two boys. Brady is eight years old, and Tate is four years old.
