I'm excited to have your child in Kindergarten with me this year!  I have wanted to teach Kindergarten since my Kindergarten teacher impacted my life many years ago.  Here's a little about me.

     I'm married and have two children (Molly 21 and Jacob 15) and two older step children.  I grew up in the MWC area and then we moved to Moore for 5 years before relocating after the May 20 tornado to the NW side of OKC for 1 year.  Gladly, we are back home now!  I LOVE Moore and Moore Schools.  My children went to school here before I worked in the district.

     I attended UCO in Edmond and have a degree in Early Childhood Education.  I have only taught Kindergarten and this is where I should be.   

     In the summer of 2014 I found out I'm diabetic and have made some drastic adjustments.  I feel better and have more energy now.  I found that I need every bit of it to keep up with a Kindergarten bunch!

     I love to scrapbook and work on family tree info in my spare time.

    My favorites... Christmas is my favorite time of year!  I love the lights, snow (but not driving in it), snowmen, baby Jesus, spending time with family and all the decorations.  My birthday and our anniversary are in December too! I also love Disney and Mickey is my favorite character. Your kiddos will learn more as the year goes on because we will become like a family.

     I want to also let you know that I appreciate all the help and support from parents. Your children are very special to me and I love seeing them learn and grow each day.
