National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is “More than just an honor roll, NJHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, citizenship, and character.” It is a service organization that strives to give back to our school and community through our various service projects and donations of time, goods, and money.

Any student with a 3.50 GPA in the first semester of the seventh grade is eligible for consideration for membership. In April, you will receive information by mail that you are eligible to apply. If interested, you will fill out forms and the faculty will furnish information as to your character, citizenship and leadership in their classes. The Faculty Council will use this information to decide whether to accept you for membership. Once selected, students are awarded membership at a required Induction Ceremony in May.
