Athletic Paperwork:
In order for a student athlete to participate in any athletic program, they must have a physical from a doctor on file and all of the online forms on Rank One must be filled out. The physical and the Rank One forms must be an updated version at the start of each school year.

SOUTHRIDGE ATHLETICS:
If you are interested in participating in any of the sports, please contact the head coach of that sport or contact the Southridge athletic facilitator (Jeremy Hayes). We look forward to having your child participate in athletics at Southridge.
*The Southridge basketball teams, football team, pom squad, and cheer squad are made up entirely of Southridge student athletes.
All other Southridge sports (cross country, golf, tennis, softball, track, volleyball and wrestling) are considered a Southmoore Junior High Team. These are combined teams joining all of the student athletes from Southridge and Highland West who live in the Southmoore district.
Fall Sports: Volleyball (G), Fastpitch Softball (G), Football (B & G), Cross Country (B & G)
Winter Sports: Basketball (B & G), Wrestling (B & G)
Spring Sports: Golf (B & G), Slowpitch Softball (G), Track ( B & G), Tennis (B & G)
Pom and Cheer takes place for the entire school year and participants are chosen through tryouts.
