Our first parent Camp Classen meeting will be on September 13th at 6pm in the Media Center. This will be an important meeting to receive paperwork and find out general information about camp activities, costs, and fundraising.
Blue and Gold Sausage will be one of our fundraisers. Any PROFIT that your child makes on these sales goes directly toward your child's Camp fund.
There will be a place in mypaymentsplus to start making payments to your child's camp fund- this will be the recommended payment option. You may also write a check, made out to Plaza Towers Elementary, with your child's name and "CAMP" written on it.
Other dates (tentative):
October 31st - Deadline for notification that your child will be attending camp, along with Parent-Counselor request forms (we cannot go to camp without our wonderful parent-counselors)
Nov. 8th- 2nd Camp Meeting - Mainly discussing funds still needed
Feb. 23rd- Parent-Counselors will be selected and notified
Feb. 28th- 3rd Camp Meeting - ALL CAMP MONEY AND TUITION FORMS ARE DUE
March 8th- Mandatory Parent-Counselor Meeting
April 23rd-27th- CAMP CLASSEN
