    Safety in a laboratory classroom is very important.   Students should handle themselves in a mature manner at all times when they are in a laboratory situation.  

    You should be aware of the safety instructions that your son/daughter will receive before engaging in any laboratory work.  Please see the link below to view the complete set of safety rules.

    No student will be permitted to perform laboratory activities unless the MPS MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL SAFETY AGREEMENT RETURN SHEET is signed by both the student and parent/guardian and is on file with the teacher.
    Please see the link below to view and print the safety agreement signature page.  (Note - It prints two agreements per page and only one agreement needs to be filled out.)
