During the week of January 28th - February 1st, Oakridge students brought different coin amounts each day to raise money for Children's Hospital Foundation. The Kids Care Program encourages students to raise awareness and funds to help sick and injured children in Oklahoma.
Monday - Pennies for Pediatrics
Tuesday - Nickels for NICU
Wednesday - Dimes for Diabetes
Thursday - Quarters for Cancer
Friday - Dollars for Doctors
The students met the Challenge and raised $3,237.63. Students who purchased a ticket were randomly chosen to turn our Principal Mr. Meier into an Ice Cream Sundae at Rise and Shine. Way to go Sabercubs!
