Device Protection Plan (DPP) Information

  • Moore Public Schools offers a Device Protection Plan for an annual fee to cover the repair associated with accidental damage or verified/reported theft of an MPS iPad, Chromebook, or Windows 10 Laptop.

Families are strongly encouraged but not required to participate in this voluntary program.

The cost for the protection plan, during the 2021-2022 school year, will be $50 per student. Please note this cost will be adjusted for those who qualify for free/reduced lunch. The cost will not be more than $50 per student and may be as low as $10 per student. Additional discount consideration will be given to those families who have more than one student participating in the Device Protection Plan.

Additionally, the purchase of the Device Protection Plan qualifies students for the ownership option. Fifth grade students who participate in the Device Protection Plan through their 8th grade year and incoming freshman who participate in the Device Protection Plan through their senior year will be able to take ownership of the device at no additional cost!

Please email MPS1@mooreschools.com if you have any questions or purchase the Device Protection Plan at www.mypaymentsplus.com.

*NOTE: This coverage is only valid for this school year (expires June 30th, 2022).

**DPP Coverage does not include replacement of a charging cord. If the Student loses or damages the district supplied charging code, you are responsible for purchasing a new one. Click here to Purchase a Dell Charging Cord.
