  • How do I sign up for student portal?

    For the first login to portal, you should use your student ID # for both the username and password.  It will walk you through from there setting up your username and password along with your recovery email address.

  • How do I login to Canvas?

    You can get to the Canvas Log In page two different ways. You and/or your student will need to go to the district website at www.mooreschools.com. From there you can either open the flyout menu (circle with three lines) in the top right corner, or you can scroll down to the Moore Resources section. Both locations will have the Canvas logo that you will need to click on.

    A student's username is his firstnamelastname@moorestudents.com and then the password he set up originally.  If he doesn’t remember his password but he has set up his recovery questions, go through that reset password process.

  • How do I login to Clever?

    Please have your child go to her school homepage, scroll down to the Clever button at the bottom of the page, click the link, and be sure to use the Office 365 log in.  Remember her user name is her firstnamelastname@moorestudents.com.

  • How do I submit an assignment in Canvas?

    At a bare minimum, the online submission type will include "text box entry" so that a box will appear in the bottom of your screen. You will need to type your answers in the box. It’s as if you are typing your answers on a blank sheet of paper. You will type the numbers 1 thru 10, and then type the correct answer next to each number. When you are finished, you will click “Submit Assignment” again.

  • How do parents gain access to Canvas?

    Have your child (or you can login as your child if you know their info):

    • Login to Canvas Student/Teacher Login
    • Click on account button
    • Select Settings
    • Find the “Pair with Observer” button and get pairing code.
      • Right side of screen or bottom (depending on device/screen view)
      • This pairing code can only be used once and expires seven days from creation.

    Then you will need to:

    • Login into the Parent/guardian login from that same Canvas login page linked above.
    • Select Create account
      • If you’ve already created your parent account, you’ll need to go to “Manage Children” in the settings tab and Edit/Add Child.
    • Setup parent account with your info and your pairing code
