Welcome to my website, I am happy to be a part of you and your child's life.  I have taught at Cemtral Elementary in the functional classroom since August 2019.  Prior to that I spent 15 years at Sooner Elementary as one of their resource teachers and briefly taught at Westmoore High School in 2004.  I started with Moore Public schools in 2000 by working at the Alternative Night School as their secretary.

Although a native Oklahoman, I grew up in Humble, TX. Upon graduating from Humble High School, I moved back to Oklahoma and attended the University of Science and Arts in Chickasha where I met my husband.  I completed my degree in Deaf Education from there, but found my passion was in teaching a variety of special needs instead of only students with hearing loss. 

My husband, Danny, and I got married in the summer of 2005.  We were blessed to have a little girl, Danielle, in 2011.  In addition to spending time with my family, I love to travel, hike, do geneology, and enjoy time with extended family.  I have enjoyed watching my students learn, grow, and develop before moving on to Jr. High.  Please feel free to call, email, or stop by if you have any questions or need to visit.
