ONLINE ANNUAL REVIEW: District wide Online Annual Reviews will be open February 27 . An Annual Review MUST be completed for ALL current students who intend to remain a Moore Public Schools student. To complete the Annual Review, you will need to upload a current Proof of Residence (gas, water, or electric bill). The Online Annual Review can be found in Parent Portal.
COURSE SELECTION FORMS: Below you will find a fillable Course Selection Form for each grade. Click on the name of the form you want to open the document. Once it is open, you will download the document, complete it and then save it to your computer. After ts is completed and saved, you will then email it to your student's counselor.
