 MOORE PUBLIC SCHOOLS HEALTH SERVICES

Welcome to the Moore Public School's Health Services. The nurses of MPS strive to provide the best possible care for our student population. Each of the five Registered Nurses (RNs) for the district are responsible for seven to eight schools.

School nurses provide education for students and staff, basic first aid, give medication, and monitor immunization compliance in accordance with state regulations. In addition, we also provide health assessments, case management, health and wellness screenings, and referrals.

Parents and guardians may find school district health forms, information regarding various health issues, and immunization requirements for school-aged children in the Health Services menu. If you need to speak with a school nurse, please contact your child's school or call 405-735-4979 and leave a message.
