Battle of The Big Cats Ticket and Game Info
The Moore Public Schools Athletic Department is excited to present the 18th Annual Battle of the Big Cats football game between Moore and Southmoore high schools on Friday, Sept. 12.
For the first time in the history of this cross-town rivalry, the game will be hosted at Southmoore High School’s new football facility, the SaberCat Stadium. As we prepare for this fantastic evening, please note that the SaberCat Stadium has a limited seating capacity.
To ensure a safe evening, tickets will only be sold through pre-sale.
- Tickets will not be sold on the night of the game.
- Kick Off is 7 p.m.
- Gates open at 5:30 p.m. to pre-sale/SHS season ticket holders and accepted pass holders.
- The MPS Clear Bag Policy is enforced for all stadium events: www.mooreschools.com/ClearBagPolicy
HOW TO BUY PRE-SALE TICKETS
All tickets are $10 for students and adults. Tickets will be on sale until stadium capacity is reached.
Pre-sale tickets may only be purchased on Sept. 9, 10, and 11 at the following sites:
- Cash only for all ticket sales.
- Both schools' lunches: Cafeteria Commons at SHS & MHS
- 6 to 8 p.m.: SHS SaberCat Stadium, Main ticket booth
- 6 to 8 p.m.: MHS Lions Stadium, North ticket booth
PASS & ATTENDANCE INFO
- The only passes accepted are MPS employee IDs, SHS season ticket holders, and the Oklahoma Coaches Association.
- No family or senior citizens passes will be honored at this game.
- Only Southmoore and Moore High School students and their feeder school students are allowed to attend.
SAFETY GUIDELINES
- The MPS Clear Bag Policy is enforced for all stadium events: www.mooreschools.com/ClearBagPolicy
- No students from Westmoore, Brink, or Moore West JHS may attend this game.
- ALL students from Central JHS, Highland East, Highland West, Southridge and any elementary student must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The student's parent/guardian must attend the game with them, and the student is required to sit with their parent/guardian during the entire game.
- Restroom breaks and concession stand visits for junior high and elementary students must be made with their parent/guardian.
- If a junior high or elementary student is found to be loitering without a parent, they will be required to leave the game, and their parent/guardian will be contacted to pick them up.
- Junior high and high school students MUST have their IDs to enter the game and wear them the entire time. There will be no exceptions. If a student is found not wearing their ID after entering the game, they will be required to leave. IDs will be checked at the gate.
- There will be NO LOITERING at any time. All fans must be seated during the entire game unless going to the restroom or concession stand.
- Moore High School, Central JHS, and Highland East students and fans are required to enter through the main gate and remain on the east side of the stadium for the entire game.
- Southmoore, Highland West, and Southridge students and fans are required to enter through the main gate and remain on the west side of the stadium. If any student is observed on the wrong side of the stadium, they will be ejected from the stadium.
- Both sides of the stadium have restrooms and concession areas. There is not a reason for attendees of one side to go to the other side of the stadium.
