Counseling Center

The Counseling Center is a unique place in our school building that provides a safe and welcoming environment for all students. We provide a broad spectrum of services for our students, families, and teachers.  We do everything we can to help students be successful and achieve their academic and personal goals.  The Counselors are involved in many areas of student success at HEJH. We engage in academic and personal/social counseling, coordinate Career Day, develop 504 plans, plan and execute state testing, identify and recommend students for tutoring, individual/group counseling, outside referrals for services, classroom presentations, Duke Talent Search program, Red Ribbon activities, Career Day, OK Promise presentation, social media awareness, and anything that can improve our students success.  

Students can see the Counselors by:

1)  Self-referral

2)  Teacher referral

3)  Parent/Guardian referral

4)  Peers referral
