    At West JH, we offer Beginning Band and Advanced Band (also known as 8th grade band). All who wish to participate in band and learn to play an instrument are more than welcome to join us! You need not fret about getting placed on or having an instrument before school starts-that is a decision we will assist you with on the first day of school.
