MOORE PUBLIC SCHOOLS HEALTH SERVICESWelcome to the Moore Public School's Health Services homepage. We, as the nurses of Moore Public Schools, strive to provide the best possible care to our student population. Each of the 5 RNs for the district is responsible for 7-8 schools. This year we are excited to announce that we will have a health profesional in each school, working with the school nurses to meet the needs of every student. School nurses provide education for students and staff, basic first aid, give medications, and monitor immunization compliance in accordance to state regulations. In addition, we also provide health assessments, case management, health and wellness screenings, and referrals. We hope this website offers you ease in accessing our school district health forms, information regarding various health issues, and immunization requirements for school aged children. If you need to speak with a school nurse, please contact your child's school or call 735-4332 and leave a message.Thank you!!Bonnie Hoyle,MSN, RNLead NurseMoore Public SchoolsPhone: 405-735-4332Fax: 405-735-4383
