We are excited to announce that MPS uses a secure school-to-home communication platform called ParentSquare.
All MPS district and school, grade level, athletics, emergency notifications, and classroom information will be sent to you via email and/or text through ParentSquare.
Parents and guardians may engage using the ParentSquare App, and secondary students (7th to 12th) may use the StudentSquare App. Both apps are free through your device’s app store.
Please note: Some classroom communication will still be sent via the Canvas Learning Management System during the school year.
This unified communications platform keeps parents and guardians quickly informed and encourages greater engagement and connection with your student(s)' school. ParentSquare provides a safe way for district administrators, school principals, teachers, coaches, staff, and parents to:
- Send and receive school & class information
- Share pictures & files
- See calendar items & sign up to volunteer
- Schedule parent-teacher conferences & more, all in one centralized place!
For technical support, please contact the MPS EdTech Dept.
