• Moore Public Schools Online Registration & Annual Review to Verify Information

     

    Registration must be completed Online for grades K-12. Pre-K enrollment must be completed in-person at your home school. For more information visit our new Enrollment Center - located between Central Jr High and the Transportation Bus Barn @ 531 N. Broadway.

    Begin by selecting the appropriate link: New Enrollment for any K-12 student enrolling for the first time with MPS or Returning Enrollments for currently enrolled students in MPS to review and verify enrollment information.

    *Note, course selection (7th-12th only) will still occur "on paper" for the 2021-2022 school year. For more information specific to each of our high schools and junior highs, please visit their specific enrollment pages linked below under Secondary Course Selection.

    **Both of these processes will require at least one digital upload to verify identity and address verification. Please see our tutorial video on transferring paper documents to PDF format for if on a desktop/laptop device.

    ***While we encourage families to complete this process on a large format device like a desktop or laptop, we realize many will use their smartphone. Please watch this video tutorial if you will be completing either process with your smarthphone.

New Enrollment

  • New Student to MPS?

    Register your K-12 child by selecting the link below. 

    This process will take approximately 30 minutes and you will need the following digital documentation (3 MB max file upload):

    • One Proof of Residency in the Parent/Guardian name
      • Water, gas, or electric only (within the last 30 days, top portion of the bill showing customer name and service address, not the remittance part)
      • Builder contract/mortgage statement/warranty deed
      • Lease/rental contract (each student's name must be listed on lease/rental contract).
    • Birth Certificate - State issued
    • Immunization Record or completed/signed Certificate of Exemption
    • Parent/Guardian driver's license or state issued photo ID
    • Legal documents, if applicable
      • divorce/custody, guardianship, adoption, name change, etc.
    • Academic History, if applicable
      • Withdrawal form from previous school (9th - 12th grade students only)
      • Unofficial transcript (9th - 12th grade students only)
      • IEP or 504 documentations, if applicable
      • 506 form (Indian Ed. if applicable)

Returning Enrollment

  • Returning Students!

    Every spring, familes that plan to return to Moore Public Schools the following year are required to review and verify student information.

    *Parents/Legal Guardians, you MUST have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. If you do not have this, please visit this page to complete this process.

    The Annual Review & Verification will take approximately 15 minutes. You will need to upload the following (3 MB max file upload):

    • One Proof of Residency
      • Water, gas, or electric only (within the last 30 days)
      • Mortgage contract/mortgage statement/warranty deed
      • Lease/rental contract (each student's name must be listed on lease/rental contract).
