2 - Email Signature Name, Title, School, (Phone # optional)

Access via your desktop app or Office 365 online

If you choose to add your district email to your mobile device:
iOS – Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Add Accounts - Exchange
Android – Settings - Accounts - Add Account - Microsoft Exchange

District Email – Outlook  

 

2nd Step - Email Signatures: You are required to have an email signature that includes your name, title, and school. You may hyperlink your website and/or your district phone number if applicable. Do not include your room number.

Online version of Outlook (O365 portal): Settings - Search - Signature 

*Email signatures from mobile devices vary, but if you have synced your email to your mobile device, please make sure you also add a signature to this account.
