Mandy Kincannon and her family own Horn Equipment, an oil tool company, which has been based in Moore since 1979. Mandy began Kindergarten at Northmoor elementary and graduated from Moore High School. She went on to graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Central Oklahoma. Mandy returned to Moore Public Schools to teach (Biology and Zoology) and coach (Golf) at Westmoore High School until she became a mother. Mandy and her husband, Ty, have two children that attend Moore Public Schools, as well as 6 nieces.
Since having children, Mandy has become actively involved in volunteering within the community and school district. In 2014, she became a board member of the Moore Public Schools Foundation where she served on several committees and as President. She also serves as PTA President of her children’s school. Having been a student, athlete, teacher and parent within Moore Public Schools, Mandy is proud of the services and education that is provided by the district and feels it is an honor to serve as a member of the Board of Education.
