After a few Virtual Days, the EdTech Team noticed an influx of panicked emails from students (and even a staff member or two) declaring they couldn’t get into their email or login because they’d forgotten their password. Remember, we ask every secondary student and staff member to complete the SSPR (Self Service Password Registration) so that in the case that they can’t remember, they can answer some security questions or get a text message or email to recovery or reset their password.
